Big Girl Bed!!

Today we went and got Sophie a big girl bed! She was so excited at the store. She tried out this one and wouldn't get out of it. The words that came out of her mouth continuously at the store and while putting the thing together was, "Big girl bed!"

She had a blast helping daddy put it together and cried when we finished because she wanted to help put more screws in. After a little tantrum we convinced her to sit on the bed and she once again said, "Big girl bed!"

Getting her to sleep was a different story. I had to lay next to the bed after her story and song because she wanted to get back into the crib or the baby bed as we now call it. Finally she did fall asleep though, what a good girl!!!
